On Friday, 25 April, something magical happened at the N.M. Kuraev Children’s Republican Clinical Hospital. N.M. Kuraev Children’s Republican Clinical Hospital something magical happened. Within the framework of the interuniversity championship ‘Donors are needed every day’, realised with the support of the grant competition of student projects named after the rector of DSMU Visampasha Khanaliev, the action ‘Towards Childhood’ was held. A team of volunteers transformed the hospital corridors, filling them with a festive atmosphere. Brightly coloured decorations, balloons and cheerful music immediately lifted the spirits of children and adults. 

The main goal was not just to entertain young patients, but also to create a space for them where they could forget about illnesses and medical procedures for a while. Volunteers prepared a variety of activities: creative masterclasses, moving games, reading fairy tales and even a photo shoot with funny accessories. 

‘The most valuable thing is to see children’s eyes light up when they draw or play,’ shared one of the volunteers, ’These moments are important not only for the children, but also for their parents, who can have a little rest and gain strength.
