I sincerely congratulate you on Victory Day!

May 9 is a sacred date in the history of our country, a symbol of courage, fortitude, dedication, and selfless love for the Motherland. On this day, we remember with deep gratitude and respect the heroism of front-line soldiers, home front workers, military medics, and all those who, at the cost of enormous hardship, defended the freedom and independence of the Fatherland, giving future generations the right to life, work, and peaceful creation.

For the medical community, the memory of the Great Victory has special significance. We bow our heads before the courage of the doctors, nurses, orderlies, and all healthcare workers during the war years, who, sparing no effort, saved lives on the front lines and in hospitals. Their high professionalism, compassion, and dedication to duty will forever remain our moral compass and an example of genuine service to others.

This holiday takes on special significance in the context of the theme of the unity of the peoples of Russia. The multinational people of our country and the brotherhood and cohesion of the peoples of Dagestan have always been and remain a source of strength, mutual support, and spiritual fortitude. It is precisely in unity, respect for one another, fidelity to historical memory, and the continuity of generations that lies the foundation of a strong and creative Russia.

Today, as our contemporaries, including participants in the special military operation and military medics, fulfill their duty, it is especially important to preserve historical truth, strengthen civic harmony, and educate young people in the spirit of patriotism, humanism, and responsibility to the Fatherland.

On this significant day, I sincerely wish you good health, peace, prosperity, success in your work and studies, new achievements, and confidence in the future. May the memory of the Great Victory inspire us to create, serve others, and honorably continue the best traditions of our Fatherland.
