DSMU participated in a webinar on the implementation of the capital repair and equipment programme for dormitories

Sirajitin Mutuev, Vice-Rector for Administration and Economic Activity of DSMU, and Abdulkamal Huseynov, Vice-Rector for Academic Work and Transformation, took part in the webinar on the implementation of the programme of capital repair and equipment of dormitories used for accommodation of students of higher education organisations.

The webinar was organised by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation on 21 June 2024 and was held via videoconference.

In the video-conference format, the following profile experts spoke: «The programme of implementation of capital repair of dormitories in 2025-2030». — Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education A.R. Gatiyatov; Interaction between the Young Guard of United Russia and other federal state educational organisations, taking into account the application of the software package «People’s Programme Companion» — member of the Commission of the General Council of the political party «United Russia» on education and science A.G. Majuta.

Then began the report from the representatives of FAI MDSE (Federal Autonomous Institution «Main Department of State Expertise») on the verification of the reliability of determining the estimated cost of capital repairs.

The final report was given by E.A. Medvedev, expert of the capital repair programme, who highlighted the report «Capital repair — regulatory framework and planning recommendations».

The discussion of issues after the presentations took place in the format of an active dialogue between the webinar participants. The attendees exchanged views on how to better apply the proposed regulatory recommendations in practice and how to monitor the capital works process to ensure their quality and transparency.
