Samira Ramazanova, a student of the Dagestan State Medical University, became a laureate and performed in the final of the All-Russian Festival of Patriotic Song — 2026, organized by the Trade Union of Health Workers of the Russian Federation. For the second time, the unique project brings together talented healthcare workers and students from across the country.

On April 16, 20 winners performed on the stage of the Izmailovo Grand Concert Hall in Moscow, where the Gala concert took place and the winner of the Grand Prix was determined. This year, 217 applications from different regions of Russia were received for participation in the festival, which is more than in the past. The competition numbers were evaluated by an expert council, which included teachers of the Gnesins Russian Academy of Music, professional vocalists and laureates of international competitions. The competition numbers were evaluated according to the technique of performance, artistic presentation, drama of the song and even how much the selected composition reveals the participant’s voice.

Samira Ramazanova performed the song «Russia — Caucasus,» which in her performance won the hearts of the jury, and adequately represented her native Dagestan throughout the country.
