From 1 April to 3 May 2024, a call for applications for the All-Russian Competition of Youth Projects of Rosmolodezh was opened.

9481 people took part in the competition, of which 1310 projects were supported. On 26 June 2024, the results of the first season of the ROSMOL Competition among individuals were summed up, in which Gyunay Huseynova, a 5th year student of the Paediatrics Faculty of Dagestan State Medical University, took part. Project applications were evaluated by independent experts according to 10 criteria.

Gyunay Huseynova, a student of DGMU, since 2023 the head of the Volunteer Centre of DGMU, with the project «Healthy Hearts» was included in the list of those recommended for awarding grant funds in the nomination «#WEALTHWORLD» with the project «HEALTHY HEARTS».

The project is aimed at the preparation and further dissemination of a comprehensive programme aimed at informing the population about the incidence of cardiovascular diseases, measures to prevent them, as well as identifying cardiovascular diseases and persons at risk, and promoting a healthy lifestyle among the population.

  According to the results of expert evaluation, the author and project leader Gunay Huseynova will receive grant support for the implementation of the programme in the total amount of 427,380 rubles. The programme will be implemented within the framework of the Volunteer Centre of DSMU in the period from August 2024 to July 2025.

The main target groups of the Healthy Hearts project are students of schools, universities and colleges of the Republic of Dagestan aged 12 to 25, including medical students, as well as cardiologists, general practitioners and residents studying in the speciality of cardiology.
