DSMU students go to the All-Russian ‘Student Spring’ in Kazan!

   Students of Dagestan State Medical University performed at the Republican Gala Concert of the festival-competition ‘All-Russian Student Spring 2025 — Spring of Victory’, which took place on 21 May in the Kumyk Theatre.

   DSMU was represented at the creative forum by talented performers from the Culture Centre of the university. Student of the 4th year of paediatric faculty Daniyal Shabanov conquered the hall with heartfelt performance of the song ‘For us’, and student of the 5th year of medical faculty Samira Ramazanova touched the hearts of the audience with the song ‘So that there was no war’.

   Kamil Saidov, Minister of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Dagestan, welcomed the festival participants and emphasised the special attention of the Head of Dagestan Sergey Melikov to supporting student youth and developing their creative initiatives.

  In recognition of the significant contribution to the development of student creativity and youth social initiatives, the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Dagestan awarded Amurbek Kachabekov, Vice-Rector for Public Relations and Social and Educational Work, and Natalia Zalieva, Director of the Culture Centre, with commendations from the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Dagestan.

   Now students of DSMU will have to represent the republic at the All-Russian stage of ‘Student Spring’, which this year will be held in Kazan. We wish them good luck and new creative victories
