Students of the medical, pediatric and dental faculties of Dagestan State Medical University, together with employees of the Department of Philosophy and Humanities, with the technical support of the Institute of Electronic Medical Education and the support of the Volunteer Center of DSMU, took part in the international historical and patriotic action «Victory Dictation.» In 2026, the action took place in a special context. It is dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War and the 30th anniversary of the birth of the great commander, Marshal of the Soviet Union Georgy Konstantinovich Zhukov. A separate block of tasks is about the participants of the WCS. «Victory Dictation» is one of the largest actions dedicated to the celebration of Victory Day.

The head of the department, Professor Telman Kafarov and associate professors Rena Pirova, Zerife Radjabova made a welcoming speech, who noted that the main task of the dictation is to preserve the connection between times and generations, to pay tribute to the memory of our grandfathers, great-grandfathers, the entire heroic generation of winners, and, of course, to protect the truth about the Great Patriotic War, about the decisive role of the peoples of the Soviet Union in defeat of Nazi Germany.

To participate in the action, special platforms were organized so that everyone could test their knowledge of the history of this important period in the life of our country. Our «Victory Dictation» was held at the site of the Scientific and Educational Innovation Center of DSMU, 4th floor. Clause 559.

Students watched the online broadcast of the official opening from the Museum of the Great Patriotic War and started performing tasks in the format of testing for knowledge of the Great Patriotic War.

The action has been held annually since 2019, not only in our country. In 2026, almost 3 million people from 97 countries took part in it.
