In Moscow, in honor of the 120th anniversary of the Pirogov University, the XXX International Pirogov Scientific Medical Conference of Students and Young Scientists was held. Traditionally, from 19.03.2026 to 21.03.2026, the IV All-Russian Strategic Session of the Council of Young Scientists of Medical and Pharmaceutical Organizations of Higher Education and Science of the Ministry of Health was held at the Pirogov University (Moscow), in accordance with the implementation plan of the Council of Young Scientists of Medical and Pharmaceutical Organizations of Higher Education and Science of the Ministry of Health. The Strategic Session was attended by the scientific directors of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists and the Student Scientific Society, as well as members of the Council of Young Scientists of the Russian Ministry of Health, representing medical and pharmaceutical universities under the Russian Ministry of Health. From Dagestan State Medical University, the Strategic Session was attended by the scientific director of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists and the Student Scientific Society, Medzhid Medzhidov, and the chairman of the Student Scientific Society, Naida Iminova, a 6th-year student of the Faculty of Medicine. The Strategic Session focused on the involvement of students and specialists in research and innovation activities in the field of healthcare. The format of participation was in-person. Over the course of three days, 60 academic supervisors of SMU&S and SNO, as well as chairpersons of youth scientific societies of medical and pharmaceutical organizations of higher education and science, took part in the educational and project program. The theme of the session in 2026 was devoted to the issues of partnership and cooperation in medical science. As a result of the Session, the participants formed an image of the future of partnership and cooperation in medical science and proposals on the way to achieve it.
