Hizri Shikhsaidov presented the Certificate of Honor to the Chairman of the Youth Committee of DSMU

On March 23, 2021, a meeting of the Presidium of the National Assembly of the Republic of Dagestan was held. The Presidium determined the order of work and agenda of the 56th (March) session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Dagestan of the sixth convocation. The meeting was chaired by the Chairman of the Parliament, Hizri Shikhsaidov.

During the meeting, Khizri Shikhsaidov noted that the agenda of the session of the Acting Head of the Republic Sergey Melikov recommended including the issue of organizing mass vaccination of the adult population of the Republic of Dagestan against coronavirus infection. Further, information about the current situation in the republic was made by Acting Minister of Health Tatyana Belyaeva.

At the end of the meeting, Hizri Shikhsaidov presented the Certificates of Honor of the National Assembly, the commemorative engraved watch of the National Assembly Chairman and the Letter of Thanks to the Chairman of the National Assembly to a number of distinguished workers in various fields of activity.

As part of the award, Bilal Pirmagomedov, Chairman of the Committee on Youth Affairs of the Dagestan State Medical University, was awarded the Certificate of Honor.

Pirmagomedov Bilal Shikhsalakhovich is a student of the 5th year of the Faculty of Pharmacy of DSMU. He has been chairman of the Youth Committee of the DSMU since 2018. Assistant to the Chairman of the Assembly of Deputies of the Kirov District, Deputy of the Youth Parliament at the People’s Assembly of the RD, Deputy Chairman of the Youth Parliament at the Makhachkala City Assembly.

He worked in the red zone of the Republican Urological Center. He is the winner of the All-Russian competition of youth projects among individuals 2020 and received a grant of 2 million rubles for the implementation of a social project.
