On Friday, November 3, 2025, as part of the initiative of the Department of Special Projects of the Volunteer Center, an important event was held – «Welcome to the village.» This significant action was held on the basis of the Novolak Central District Hospital named after N. M. Mirzoev, designed to provide invaluable assistance to medical workers in remote areas.

The main goal of the project was to reduce the burden on doctors in rural areas. The activists have taken on a number of important support functions. They conducted a pre-medical examination of patients, measuring blood pressure and pulse, and carefully and accurately filled out the necessary medical documentation, freeing up time for more complex tasks.

This division of responsibilities allowed the hospital’s medical staff to fully focus on the direct treatment and counseling of patients. The volunteers not only performed mechanical work, but also showed sincere human involvement, care and mercy.

The event was not only an opportunity to provide real help, but also a valuable practical experience for future doctors. The students were able to apply their knowledge in real-world working conditions, communicate with patients and better understand the organization of work in district medical institutions. The Special Projects Department of the Volunteer Center and all the participants wholeheartedly express their sincere gratitude to the staff of the Novolak Regional Hospital for their warm hospitality and fruitful cooperation.
