On Tuesday, March 30, the rector of the Dagestan State Medical University, Suleiman Mammaev, took part in a meeting of the Council of Rectors of Medical and Pharmaceutical Universities of Russia. The meeting was held via videoconference.

The topic of today’s meeting was the development of science in medical universities, issues of integration with scientific institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

During the meeting were reviewed such issues as: «On the academic cooperation of institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences and universities» — academician-secretary of the Department of Medical Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences, scientific director of the Federal State Budgetary Institution CSRIOITHC of the Ministry of Health of Russia, academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Vladimir Starodubov; «Training young scientists in cooperation with the Russian Academy of Sciences» — rector of the FSAEI HE RNRMU named after N.I. Pirogov of the Ministry of Health of Russia, academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Sergey Lukyanov; «Effective cooperation of the university with the scientific center of the Russian Academy of Sciences» — acting rector of the FSBEI HE «Siberian State Medical University» of the Ministry of Health of Russia Evgeny Kulikov; «The creation of a world-class scientific center» Digital Biodesign and Personalized Healthcare»is the first vice-rector of the FSAEI HE I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russia, associate fellow of the Russian Academy of Sciences Andrey Svistunov.
