The situation with coronavirus infection and community-acquired pneumonia in the country and in the world was discussed at a video conference of the Ministry of health of Russia with the regions. It was held today,  on March 16  under the leadership of the Minister of health of the Russian Federation Mikhail Murashko.       The rector of the Dagestan state medical University Suleyman Mammaev, the Minister of  health  of  Dagestan Republic Jamaludin Gadzhibekov, Director of Territorial compulsory medical insurance Fund  Ilyas Mamaev, head of Rospotrebnadzor  of Dagestan Republic Irina Ulanbekova , as well as experts of regional Ministry of health, staff  of  DSMU and physicians took part in this video conference.

    On the selector, the next, 3rd version of the temporary guidelines for prevention, diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 of the Ministry of health of the Russian Federation was announced. Special attention was paid to ensuring the safety of medical workers in conditions of high workload and high risk of infection.

   They also discussed additional measures for the preventive deployment of inpatient , outpatient and outpatient facilities and  if it necessary to organize  a «hotline» on coronavirus issues in the country ‘s regions.

   In his speech, M. Murashko focused on the events held by the Ministry of health of the Russian Federation. He also drew attention to measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus in medical organizations and medical workers. «Preventive measures and timely access to a doctor are the main measures to curb the spread of coronavirus,» Minister of health of Russia said.
