The Youth Forum of public forces «Za Dagestan» has started in the Republic

 «Za Dagestan»  is a new social movement in the Republic of Dagestan was presented under this name on Thursday, September 22. The plenary session of the new youth forum, which will continue its work throughout the next week was held in the SBI RD «House of Friendship» of  Makhachkala city.

The event is organized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Dagestan with the assistance of the Government of the Republic of Dagestan.

The opening of the forum, which was attended by representatives of all ministries, departments and more than seven hundred students of educational institutions   was crowned with a welcoming speech by Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Dagestan Muslim Telyakavov.

The Deputy Prime Minister conveyed greetings from the Head of the Republic Sergey Melnikov and expressed confidence that such meetings will be held regularly. «I am sure that the people gathered here are those who are aware of the responsibility for preserving the unity of our Republic and our country, civil peace and harmony and striving to create favorable conditions for the free development of all Dagestanis and Russians,»- Telyakavov said.

Minister of Youth Affairs Kamil Saidov, Rector of Dagestan State University Murtazali Rabadanov and head of «Young Guard of United Russia» Sergey Nikitin also spoke at the meeting.

Then the forum continued its work in sections. Among the directions: tourism, sports, human rights and patriotic projects, folk crafts, agriculture, culture. There are fourteen panel discussions in total, which will take place at various venues.

Activists of Dagestan State Medical University did not stand aside and  led by Acting Rector Visampasha Khanaliev.  Acting Vice-rector for Public Relations and Social and Educational Work Elmira Abieva as well as Assistant Vice-rector Bilal Pirmagomedov  became part of the public movement «Za Dagestan». Each of them has chosen a section for himself within the framework of which he will continue fruitful work on the enrichment and prosperity of our Republic.
